PATSI MELTZER
OWNER
Starting the company in 2014, Patsi Meltzer was no novice to custom home building. Spending much of her youth learning the business from her father, she opened her own building company at the age of 29. In her spare time, Patsi enjoys the athletic activities of her three children, and gives back to the community with a passion of hers, competitive cheerleading. She is also the founder of a top notch cheerleading program, LeaderCheer, located in Port Saint Lucie, FL.
LYNN MERONE
OFFICE MANAGER
As the Office Manager of PLM Construction, Lynn Merone does a little bit of everything. From keeping our office on the right track, and making sure we’re delivering consistent service, Lynn is a shining star at our company. With the company since 2017, customers love working with Lynn, and we do too! Lynn is an avid baker in her spare time, and loves animals!
MADISON MELTZER
Project Design Coordinator
Madison is a passionate Project Design Coordinator who goes above and beyond to get the job done right. Working with the company since September of 2020, Madison has an eye for design and never disappoints. In her spare time she enjoys coaching youth cheerleading, and is an avid piano player.

Onsite Project Manager
For five years we have had the pleasure of working with Onsite Project Manager, Dan McNabb. Dan is a vital part of PLM Construction with a passion for getting things right on the first round. A friendly face you will often see as a liaison between trades and clients. However, Dan is not only a friendly face, but a wealth of knowledge on the construction site.
