Our Story
PLM Construction is a full-service custom home builder committed to bringing each homeowner’s vision to life -from initial contract through final completion -with a strong emphasis on detail, quality, and communication.
Patsi L. Meltzer, founder of PLM Construction, began her career working alongside her father in Sarasota, Florida at the age of 25. She celebrated 30 years in the home building industry in 2025, with the last 25 years spent building custom homes throughout the Treasure Coast.
We believe every home we build should speak for itself. That’s why we don’t operate model homes or rely on sales staff - our work, and the homeowners we build for, tell our story. Every completed home becomes our model, and the homeowners themselves become the true reflection of what it’s like to build with us. We may be a small local homebuilder, but we have big expectations for our team and trade partners to ensure every home leaves a lasting impression for years to come.
Meet The Team
PATSI MELTZER
Founder & CEO
Patsi Meltzer and her husband, Rick, have lived in Port St. Lucie for over 20 years, where they raised their three children, Madison, Nicholas, and Joshua. Giving back to the community has always been important to them, and they’ve spent more than 15 years coaching football and cheer throughout the Treasure Coast.
Patsi founded the LeaderCheer Scholarship and Training Program, also known as LeaderCheer Eagles, and dedicated 15 years to coaching cheer for multiple high schools and cheer programs before retiring in the summer of 2025. Outside of building homes, Patsi enjoys playing the piano, spending time with her family, and being around animals-especially their two Huskies. The only exception? Snakes and spiders on job sites.
LYNN MERONE
Office Manager
Lynn Merone has been a resident of Port St. Lucie since 1996, where she raised her daughter, Taylor. Taylor graduated from Treasure Coast High School and went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science while cheering at Florida Atlantic University (FAU), continuing a strong family connection to both academics and athletics.
Lynn has been actively involved in the community for over 15 years through cheer programs and volunteer events. She joined PLM Construction in 2017 and serves as Office Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations that keep projects moving forward. From permitting and inspections to coordination and communication, Lynn plays a key role in supporting every phase of the custom home building process. Outside of work, Lynn enjoys exercising, shopping, and traveling whenever possible.
MADISON MELTZER
Project Design Coordinator
Madison M. Meltzer was raised in Port St. Lucie, Florida, with a front-row seat to the custom home building process. She graduated from Treasure Coast High School and went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Business while cheering at Florida Atlantic University (FAU).
Madison joined the family business in 2021 as a Project Design Coordinator, where she works closely with homeowners to guide them through the design process—from color selections to finishes-while coordinating directly with trade partners to ensure each vision is carried out in the field. She also holds a Florida real estate license, further strengthening her understanding of the homebuilding and homebuying process. In her free time, Madison enjoys playing the piano, reading, coaching cheer, and spending time with animals-especially Dobermans and Huskies.
DAN MCNABB
Onsite Project Manager
Dan McNabb has served as Onsite Project Manager for six years and is a key part of PLM Construction. Known for getting things right the first time, he acts as a trusted liaison between trades and clients while bringing extensive knowledge and experience to every job site.
