Patsi Meltzer founded her custom home building company in 2014 at age 29, building on experience gained from her father. She also founded the LeaderCheer program (2009–2025) and now volunteers as a cheer coach and mentor while supporting her children’s athletic activities.

Lynn Merone has served as Office Manager of PLM Construction since 2017, keeping operations organized and ensuring consistent service. Loved by clients and the team alike, she’s also an avid baker and animal lover in her spare time.

Madison has been a dedicated Project Design Coordinator since September 2020, known for her strong eye for design and commitment to excellence. Outside of work, she coaches youth cheerleading and enjoys playing the piano.

Dan McNabb has served as Onsite Project Manager for six years and is a key part of PLM Construction. Known for getting things right the first time, he acts as a trusted liaison between trades and clients while bringing extensive knowledge and experience to every job site.
